For our project ‘Cleanroom’ the Mobile expo is covered with a new translucent, inflatable skin, which has a length of fifteen metres. A blower creates an overpressure in this volume of simple skin laminated polyethylene. Because of this overpressure one can work very cleanly in this room; dust and odours are pushed out of the ‘Cleanroom’ by a filter. Inside there is an installation of new designs which are used as ‘tools’ for the production of new furniture. Visitors are asked to put on galoshes and slip through an air lock into the Cleanroom.
